Where we ship: we currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Processing time: orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after this time are processed the next business day.
Shipping cost: free shipping on orders over $20. For orders under $20, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and address.
Delivery time: delivery estimates are shown at checkout and are a guideline, not a guarantee. Weather, holidays, carrier delays, and other events outside our control can affect delivery.
Tracking: when your order ships, we’ll email you a confirmation with tracking information. Carrier tracking can take some time to update after the label is created. You can also check your order status in your account or on our Track Your Order page.
Address accuracy: please double-check your shipping address before checking out. Once an order enters processing, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations. Contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help. Solartonin is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect address.
Lost or delayed packages: if your tracking hasn’t updated for an extended period, or your order shows as delivered but you can’t find it, check around your delivery area and with neighbors, then contact us with your order number and we’ll investigate.
We want you to love your Solartonin products. If you’re not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility: to qualify, products should be unopened and unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products may not be eligible for return. Optional: If you tried a product and it didn’t work for you, contact us. We review these cases individually. Bundles such as The Complete Routine must be returned complete to qualify for a full refund.

Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a damaged/defective item.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you about the status of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, though your bank or card provider may take additional time to post it. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the return is due to our error or a damaged or defective product.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re sorry. Email sales@solartonin.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping box. For incorrect items, a photo of the product you received is enough. We’ll ship a free replacement (no return necessary) or offer a refund when a replacement isn’t available.
Exchanges are subject to product availability and the same eligibility requirements as returns. If the item you want is unavailable, we’ll offer an alternative solution.
We begin processing orders quickly, so we can’t guarantee cancellations or changes after an order is placed. Contact us immediately and we’ll do our best before it ships.
If you bought from an authorized retailer, please contact them directly about their return policy. This policy applies to purchases made on solartonin.com.
Solartonin reserves the right to refuse or limit returns or refunds that don’t meet this policy or appear to involve misuse of the returns process.
